Rhythm Works Integrative Dance
At Synergy we offer a team of teachers who have a variety of training and experience!
Our Dance Director is a Rhythm Works Integrative Dance instructor. RWID is an education program and resource guide that gives the tools you need to create a safe and supportive environment for the best possible learning experience! The program also promotes development in self-regulation, attention and communication skills. It is designed to improve outcomes for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Sensory Processing Disorders, ADHD, and other learning differences.

Implementing areas of this program into Synergy's Dance curriculum helps support all of our students and their individual needs and challenges. We believe that the more education we instil in our team about exceptionalities and differences, the more effectively we can deliver an inclusive learning environment in all classes from Kinderdance to Teen programs. We know that every child is different and deserves an instructor and program that includes a variety of teaching methods to support those differences!

"Above all else, there is a strong feeling of a family centred environment. Both students and parents/caregivers are taken under the Synergy wing and offered support and information and a sense of being a part of something “bigger” than the individual. Supporting each of the budding artists and performers is the #1 priority.
I’m forever grateful that we chose Synergy. It has been a learning and growing experience for our daughter and our family and we feel proud to say we are ALL a part of the Synergy Team!"

"In the past  two years, I’ve watched some amazing transformation in my daughter. Her self-confidence and focus has improved significantly since attending classes. She now has a love for movement and art. She’s gained a circle of friends outside of school, and wonderful, caring adults in her life outside of school and home. She loves her friends in her classes. Thank you Synergy, my daughter is getting a wonderful dance experience!"
"I strongly believe in a nurturing, encouraging and empowering environment and that is exactly what Garcelle has been given at Synergy. Her self confidence, personal goals and sense of self have definitely been impacted through dance. Keep up the excellent work because whether you know it or not, you are helping to shape the future of these kids."
